⚠️ Safety & Usage Guidelines
🔌 Charging & Discharging
- Always use a dedicated Li-Ion balance charger compatible with 3S packs and the supplied balance lead.
- Never exceed a charge current of 1 C (2.9 A); we recommend charging at 0.5 C (1.45 A) or less for longevity.
- Balance-charge after every flight to ensure all three cells remain within ±0.05 V of each other.
- Do not discharge below 2.5 V per cell under load. This can cause irreversible damage.
🌡️ Temperature & Environment
- Charge and discharge between 0 °C and 45 °C; operating outside this range may degrade performance or safety.
- Store and fly in environments between –10 °C and 60 °C; avoid direct sunlight and hot car interiors.
- Allow the pack to cool to ambient temperature before charging, especially after heavy use.
🛡️ Handling & Storage
- Always inspect for swelling, punctures, or loose wiring before use. Do not fly if the pack shows any damage.
- Store at 40–60 % state of charge (3.6–3.8 V per cell) in a cool, dry place—avoid long-term storage above 25 °C.
- Keep away from flammable materials and always place it on a non-conductive surface during charging.
- If storing for more than one month, check voltages every 3–6 months and top up to 3.7 V per cell as needed.
🚫 Prohibited Practices
- Never puncture, crush, or short-circuit the pack.
- Do not leave charging packs unattended.
- Avoid rapid temperature swings and exposure to moisture.
Following these guidelines will maximize your pack’s lifespan, performance, and safety, so you can focus on what matters: flying. 🚁✨
