If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below. This policy applies to all products sold by Craycle, regardless of platform.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions apply equally whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

• Company (We, Us, Our) refers to Craycle, located at İnönü Mahallesi, 682/Sokak, No:56A, 35380 Buca, İzmir, Türkiye.
• Goods refers to the physical items offered for sale by Craycle.
• Digital Goods refers to downloadable 3D models, STL files, and any other digital content provided electronically.
• Orders means your purchase request submitted to us.
• Service refers to the Craycle online platform and any associated sales channels.
• Website refers to the website or sites on which Craycle sells.
• You means the customer purchasing or using our products or services.

Order Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the Goods or when a third party you designate (other than the carrier) takes possession of them.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us by email at support@craycle.com with a clear statement of your decision.
We will confirm receipt of your request and provide the return instructions.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Goods must be purchased and received within the last 14 days.
• Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Downloadable digital products such as STL files, 3D models, or any digital services.
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have an expired shelf life.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If the item you received is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately.
In such cases:

• Craycle covers all return shipping costs.
• You will receive either a replacement, a repair, or a full refund — depending on your preference and product availability.
• Defective products can be returned even if packaging has been opened or damaged during inspection.

Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (without defect or error):

• You may do so within 14 days, provided the product is unused and resellable.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including both outbound and inbound freight.
• Refunds will be made minus any applicable shipping fees.

All returns must be sent via an insured and trackable shipping method. Craycle is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or other).
• Customers may optionally request store credit or a discount voucher instead of a refund.
• Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after approval.

Gift and Discounted Items

• Discounted items are still eligible for return unless stated otherwise by law or product type.
• If a product was purchased as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original buyer’s payment method.
  If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, a gift credit or store coupon may be issued to the recipient.

Inspection and Resolution

After receiving the returned goods:

• Craycle will inspect the item within 5 business days.
• If the return is approved, a refund will be processed.
• If the product is not eligible for return, the customer will be informed and offered an alternative solution (e.g., repair or partial credit).

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502) and the Distance Sales Regulation issued by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
All matters not covered herein shall be governed by these legal frameworks.
